Multiple Symptom Questionnaire (MSQ)
MSQ – Medical Symptom/Toxicity Questionnaire
Interpretation of MSQ scoring:
The MSQ is a tool used to assess symptoms related to root cause dysfunction and toxicity. It helps individuals evaluate their progress and identify areas that may require further attention. Here is how the MSQ results are interpreted:
- Total score less than 10: This indicates that you are on the right track and have achieved the desired outcome. Keep up the excellent work!
- Total score between 10 and 50: You are mildly symptomatic/toxic, suggesting there is still room for improvement. Continue practicing good habits, such as maintaining a healthy diet, using appropriate supplementation, and incorporating superfoods to enhance your body’s functions and systems.
- Total score between 50 and 100: This indicates moderate issues related to root causes and toxic load. It may be beneficial to consider a deeper dive. Working with a Functional/Longevity Medicine practitioner can help identify any underlying toxicity, low-level infections, or imbalances that need to be addressed.
- Total score greater than 100: A score above 100 suggests high levels of root cause issues and/or toxic load. If your score remains elevated even after completing the course, it is highly recommended to consult with a Functional/Longevity Medicine practitioner . They can provide specialized guidance and support in addressing your specific health concerns.
